Tokyo in 6 Hours

I went to Hokkaido few months ago & had my transit flight through Tokyo. I was able to spend approximately 6 hours in Tokyo. So, this was how I spend my 6 hours in Tokyo...
Shibuya

23 Special Wards of Tokyo (東京23区)

1. Haneda Airport (羽田空港)

Haneda Airport

Haneda Airport operates Japan's domestic flights and some international flight. It is conveniently located at Ōta-ku (大田区), one of the 23 special wards of Japan. Unlike Narita Airport (成田空港), which is located at Narita City, Chiba Prefecture (千葉県成田市).  From Haneda Airport, it will take you about 30 minutes to reach central Tokyo, taking either the Tokyo Monorail (東京モノレール) or Keikyū Airport Line (京急空港線).

2. Harajuku (原宿)

My first stop was Harajuku. I took the Keikyu Main Line to Shinagawa Station (品川駅). From Shinagawa, I took the Yamanote Line (山手線) to Harajuku Station (原宿駅), which is just 6 stations away from Shinagawa. Takeshita Street (竹下通り) is just next to the station. Takeshita Street is an awesome place to shop for affordable Japanese fashion. Also, remember to try their famous crepes!

3. Shibuya (渋谷)

Shibuya Station (渋谷駅) is just 2 stops away from Harajuku Station. Shibuya is known to be the fashion centres of Japan. I really love crossing the 'Shibuya scramble Junction (渋谷 スクランブル交差点)', which makes me part of the Tokyoites. Shibuya 109 is where you can find the gyarus (ギャル) of Tokyo.

4. Tokyo Tower (東京タワー)

From Shibuya, I went to Hamamatsu-chō Station (浜松町駅) via the Yamanote Line. A 10-minute walk from the station will bring you to Tokyo Tower. Despite Tokyo having their ultramodern Tokyo Sky Tree, I still love the romantic and retro Tokyo Tower.

After spending an awesome 6 hours in Tokyo, take the Tokyo Monorail from Monorail Hamamatsu Station to Haneda Airport.

CostFor those concern about the cost of Tokyo, it's actually not as expensive as before. Flights to Tokyo are pretty affordable now due to budget airlines bringing you to Tokyo such as AirAsia and Scoot or you can take the opportunity to Singapore Airlines promotion, which can fly you to Tokyo for only SGD 700!

RadiationFor those who are still concern about radiation, Tokyo's average radiation level is 0.05 μSv, which is pretty much the same as pre-nuclear disaster. Singapore's average radiation level is 0.09 μSv.

So how will you spend your time in Tokyo with only 6 hours?
