Chye Seng Huat Hardware is a café located at the vicinity of Jalan Besar.  This café is famous as they retain the exterior of a hardware store.

Ristr8to Coffee is located at Chaing Mai's Nimmanhaemin.

It was one of the many recommended cafés in the Nimmanhaemin area of Chiang Mai. So I decided to check it out. 

[Singapore] Drury Lane Cafe

Drury Lane Cafe is located along Tanjong Pagar Road.

"Drury Lane" is probably inspired with the street in London, or perhaps the nursery rhyme "The Muffin Man". It offers a slightly vintage environment but might be a bit warm during the mid-day.

[Chiang Mai] Local Cafe, Think Park

Nimmanhaemin is Chiang Mai's chicest area, for university students and hipsters of Chiang Mai.

During my stay in Chiang Mai, I checked out Local Cafe. Located at Think Park.

Ronin @ Hong Kong Street

I spent my midweek noon at Ronin, located at Hong Kong Street. You have to know the address of Ronin in order to locate the cafe, as there is no signboard. 

Common Man Coffee Roasters @ Martin Road

Weekdays are the best time to visit a cafe as cafes are usually packed during weekends.


Brewed from a partnership between Harry Grover of 40 Hands, Australia's Five Senses Coffee, and the Spa Esprit Group, Common Man Coffee Roasters(CMCR) is the convergence of a bubbling bank of experience from the coffee cherry to the cup, encompassing a café, coffee bar, and wholesale roasting arm.

CMCR is probably the nearest cafe you can find in Singapore that resembles the ones in Melbourne.
