Tokyo Girls Collection 2012 S/S

Spring/Summer Tokyo Girls Collection is a Japanese fashion runway show. It is held at the Yokohama Arena on 3rd of March 2012. Tokyo is influential to the global street fashion. Here are some of my favourite.





K-pop singer IU, ready for spring with her polka-dot flaring dress. Not only did IU showcase the Spring/Summer trend of 2012, she sang "Good Day' in front of more than 30,000 people.




ViVi model Lena Fujii, all white looking Parisian chic.

Nanao in this Venve Exchange's animal print dress matches well with the tribal inspired necklace. Animal prints is definitely still in vogue!



Ashely’s Otona-style top with a trendy high waist shorts. Lands of Eden is currently endorsed by popular J-pop singer, Ayumi Hamasaki.



K-pop girl-group, KARA is gaining much popularity in Japan. They made an appearance at the fashion show on Palty's behalf - a Japanese brand hair dye which they are currently endorsing. They sang "Missing" and "Ima Okuritai, Arigatou" during the show.


Ranko Kanbe in ballerina dress, pink netted stockings and red preppy checked shoes.



Nana of K-pop group, After School. Her outfit is probably the most suitable in our tropical weather.
